Chicago, IL.-- April 27, 2000 -- Market-Tek Enterprises, Inc. a leading on-line web promotion company, announced today that its proprietary software, the Submission Spider for Windows, has been named the "Official Web Promotion Tool of Worldkey.net^(tm) Incorporated" a leading Nationwide ISP.

According to the terms of the agreement, Market-Tek Enterprises, Inc. will supply Worldkey.net^(tm) customers with fully registered copies of the Submission Spider.

"Teaming up with Worldkey.net will allow our software to be circulated to a much broader audience." said CEO John Skorczewski.

Full terms of the deal were not disclosed.
